Safety has been a part of my career for more than two decades. With 22 years of experience providing safety training through Safety Consultants, along with my own experience working in the mining industry, I bring both real-world knowledge and extensive classroom experience to every course I teach.

Throughout my career, I have worked with employees, contractors, supervisors, and companies across a variety of industries. My mining background has given me firsthand insight into the hazards workers face every day and, more importantly, the impact that quality safety training can have on preventing injuries and getting people home safely.

My approach to training is simple: people learn more when they are involved. I believe safety training should be interactive, practical, and relatable—not just reading regulations from a book or checking a box for compliance. I want people to understand not only what the rules are, but why they matter and how the decisions they make every day can affect themselves, their coworkers, and their families.

I care deeply about the health and safety of workers in every industry. My goal is to create an environment where people feel comfortable asking questions, participating, sharing their experiences, and learning from one another.

For me, safety training isn't simply about meeting a requirement. It's about inspiring people to think differently about safety, understand its importance, and take what they learn back to the workplace—because at the end of the day, everyone deserves to go home safe.
